SELF-EMPOWERMENT: THE Y FACTOR WORKSHOP
Who am I? What do I TRULY want? Why do I do the things I do? Why do I make the choices I make?
These are the questions we will address in the Y Factor. It's time to start making choices that are right for you and get into the drivers' seat of your own life.
In this 2 day interactive workshop participants will explore their feelings, thoughts, personality traits, and beliefs to learn more about who they are.
Why do I make the choices I make? Free will allows us to choose. Free will allows us to be who we are. Everything we do is a choice and each choice has consequences, good or bad. When we know who we are and what we want we are in a better position to make the choice we want. And the choices we make, even the small ones, impact our lives.
Once you know what you want in life you need the confidence to go for it. To be self-empowered is to not let others control you. It is up to you to get yourself to where you want to be.
