The South Ridge YMCA staff and volunteers will do their very best to accommodate all class participants regardless of experience or fitness level.
Beginner Yoga - This yoga class is for absolute beginner up to advanced people. It has a combination of relaxation and full body movements. What a great way to end the day!
Boot Camp and Toning - Drills and intervals come together in this class. You will work on your whole body plus get an extra cardio workout! GREAT start to the day!

BOSU Body Blast - BOSU Body Blast is a dynamic full body workout that challenges balance, core strength & endurance with non-choreographed intervals incorporating the BOSU Balance Trainer.
Cycle ‘n Core- an intense 30 min. cycle class followed by 20 min. of core and 10 min. of stretching.
Cycle Fit - Cycle Fit is an exciting indoor cycling class focusing on endurance, strength, high intensity intervals and recovery. The ultimate workout where YOU choose the intensity.
Performance Cycling - Performance Cycling is a 50 minute class on stationary bikes to the rhythm of powerful music, while the instructor takes you through hills, flats, mountains and valleys. Push yourself to the limits, with less recovery and more work. A class for those who seriously want to improve fitness and burn maximum energy.
Postnatal Yoga - Mom and baby yoga is a wonderful way to take care of your mind, body and baby post pregnancy. Strengthen your core, improve your posture, build confidence and relax using inspirational yoga postures, breath techniques and meditation. Meet other new moms and create community.
Rise’n Ride - Rise and ride your way to fitness and be prepared to sweat! These multi-level stationary group cycling classes are 50 minutes in length and challenge the cardio fitness of the participants. Because the tension on the bike is controlled by each participant, all levels are welcome.
Rock your ABS - So you wanna work on that six pack? You will love this class. Flex, extend, rotate and balance yourself to stronger abdominals and more stable core!

Step ….bata- This class is for everyone! Incorporating Tabata training using basic/intermediate step movements with cardio blasts which keeps you moving through the whole class. Maximum 20participants
Tabata -This is an intense fat-burner that’s sure to build stamina and strength. “Tabata Training” - a simple, but powerful, fitness technique. You’ll work super-hard for 20 seconds, then “rest” for the next 10 seconds. You’ll repeat that sequence for eight cycles, take a longer rest, and then restart the Tabata series again.
TRX Suspension Training - Is one of the latest forms to resistance training. Every Suspension Training exercise builds true functional strength and improves flexibility, balance and core stability all at once. Maximum of 10 participants
Full Body Workout - This class gives you a lot of variety. It works out every little inch on your body. Workouts from strength training to boxing intervals! You will love this workout! Maximum 20 participants
