TRX classes are limited to 11 participants due to space and equipment availability.

 TRX straps are handed out at the front desk. Please sign up before class starts.

New to cylcling classes? Please arrive 5 min. prior to class! 

The South Ridge YMCA staff and volunteers will do their very best to accommodate all class participants regardless of experience or fitness level. Always ask your fitness leader if you have any questions or concerns! 

 


CYCLING - This indoor cycling program involves a group of riders following the lead of their instructor as they are taken through a cardio fitness program set to music.  Maximum 15 participants

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING - Is one of the latest forms to resisitance training. Every Suspension Triaing exercise builds true functional strenth and improves flexibility, balance and core stability all at once.  Maximum of 10 paricipants

CYCLING AND TONING - This class is a On-Off bike program, where the participants are switching between cycling and step interval off the bike to break up the monotony.  Maximum 15 participants

SIMPLY STEP - This class is for everyone! Basic step movements which keeps you moving through the whole class.  Maximum 20 participants

ROCK YOUR ABS - Wanna work on that six pack? You will love this class. Flex, extend, rotate, and balance yourself to stronger abdominals and more stable core.  Maximum 20 participants

BOOTCAMP AND TONING - Drills and intervals come together in this class. You will work on your whole body plus get an extra cardio workout. GREAT start into the day! Wake up GUARANTEED!  Maximum 20 participants

ULTIMATE BODY WORKOUT- This class gives you a lot of variety. It works out every little inch on your body. Workouts from strength training to boxing intervals. You will love this workout!  Maximum 20 participants

FIT CLUB - Feel fit for a high intensity workout...Lots of plyometric and body shaping impact workouts! Great class for men and women.

Y-BOXING AND CORE - A cardio class with kickboxing movements. This class is for everybody. It's fun and you will truly get a strong workout for the entire body!

BEGINNER YOGA - This yoga class is for absolute beginner up to advanced people. A combination of relaxation and full body movements. What a great way to end the day!
